What's Included: A telehealth visit with Dr. Norman, a personalized care plan, and prescription management when clinically appropriate, subject to our controlled-substance prescribing policy.

What's Not Included: Laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, medications, and specialist visits. These services may be billed separately by the laboratory, imaging center, pharmacy, or specialist. We can help identify lower-cost options when available.

Payment: Payment is collected before your visit to confirm your appointment. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, subject to card and plan eligibility. Please review our Patient Policies for cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

If you do not have insurance or are not using insurance to pay for your care, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for non-emergency healthcare services.

If your bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute it.
