Insurance Credentialing Updates

Norman Family Medicine P.C. is working toward participation with Original Medicare, NJ FamilyCare (Medicaid), and commercial insurance plans.

We are not yet accepting insurance for services provided through Norman Family Medicine P.C. Insurance-covered appointments will become available as applicable enrollment, contracting, and billing requirements are completed.

We will update this page as each insurance plan becomes effective and patients can begin scheduling covered appointments.

Current Payment Options

Self-pay telehealth appointments and Direct Primary Care (DPC) memberships are currently available to eligible patients located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Georgia.

Medicare and Medicaid Patients

Our current self-pay visits and DPC memberships are not available to patients enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, including Medicare Advantage, NJ FamilyCare, other state Medicaid programs, and Medicaid managed care plans. Please do not book an appointment online. Contact us to be added to our notification list.

We look forward to welcoming eligible Medicare and Medicaid patients once the necessary enrollment and participation arrangements are completed.
