Norman Family Medicine provides timely evaluation and treatment for urgent, non-emergency conditions. Our telehealth visits address common acute concerns, helping you feel better quickly and avoid complications.

Services include:

• Cough, cold, and flu symptoms, and respiratory infections

• Sore throat

• Headaches

• Allergies and sinus infections

• Ear pain and pink eye

• Rashes, skin irritations, and minor skin infections

• COVID-19 and flu symptom guidance

• Urinary tract infection symptoms

• Stomach illness, including nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea

Our goal is to provide convenient, high-quality care from home while making sure your health concerns are addressed safely.

When telehealth is not enough

Some conditions cannot be fully evaluated by video. If an in-person exam, testing, or imaging is needed, we will direct you to the appropriate setting.

Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room for chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of stroke, severe or sudden headache, high fever with a stiff neck, severe abdominal pain, or any other emergency.

Telehealth appointments are available for eligible patients located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Georgia.
