Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We offer same-day and next-day telehealth appointments for patients in NJ, PA, DE & GA. Book online and you can often be seen within hours.

  • Not at all. We offer two straightforward options: pay-per-visit ($140 new patient / $110 follow-up) or our DPC membership at $99/month for unlimited visits. Insurance billing is coming soon as we complete credentialing.

  • We care for adolescents (12+) and adults across a wide range of needs — sick visits, chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension, mental health support, women's and men's health, skin conditions, and more.

  • After you book, you'll receive a secure link for your video appointment. No special software needed — just a phone or computer. Dr. Norman will review your concerns, discuss a care plan, and can send prescriptions directly to your pharmacy.

  • Direct Primary Care (DPC) is an optional membership that provides ongoing access to your provider for a monthly fee.

It is designed for patients who want more consistent, relationship-based care.

    Important:
DPC is not health insurance and does not replace insurance coverage.

  • For $99/month, you get unlimited telehealth visits, direct messaging with Dr. Norman, same/next-day appointments, preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination — no per-visit fees.

  • All visits are currently virtual via secure telehealth. We're actively working toward opening an in-person clinic in New Jersey — we'll announce it to patients as soon as it's ready.

  • At this time, Norman Family Medicine operates as a self-pay or DPC membership plan and does not bill insurance.

We are actively credentialing with insurance carriers and will notify patients once participation becomes available.
